It was a real pleasure to work with Voice & Video and specifically Mike Guymon. He handled the very difficult task of pulling this off in a professional manner and he did it with a great attitude. He understood our curiosity and he explained his system completely. Even though these situations are very stressful, there was never a moment of concern or second guessing on anyone’s part. He made it look so easy that I had to keep telling myself it was still extremely complex. The main Opera office in NJ said from their end, it went off with no issues whatsoever. Mike is a true expert and we look forward to doing it again.
